Hong Kong's railway operator, MTR Corporation, has obtained an interim court injunction to cope with damage caused in its stations during violent flare ups amid the city's pro-democracy protests.
According to China's state-run Xinhua News Agency, the injunction, which will be effective through August 30th, will prevent people unlawfully obstructing and interfering with the use of stations and trains in Hong Kong.
It will also stop people directing abusive language toward MTR staff.
If violence breaks out, MTR will halt train services to and from the affected stations or even close stations with little or no prior notice.
