Seekh kabab sandwich:

Ingredients

Seekh kabab 1packet
Pita bread 4
Tomato ketchup ½ cup
Mayonnaise 2tbsp
Oregano ½ tsp
Cheese 1cup
Capsicum chopped 1

Method
Fry the kabab and set aside , now take 4 pita breads pour ketchup , 2tbsp mayonnaise , oregano , fried kababs , cheese and capsicum now bake and serve.

Machli ka salan:

Ingredients:
Surmai fish 1 kg
Curry leaves 6
Green chilies (small) 6
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1-1/2 tsp
Carom powder 1 tsp
Garlic 1 tbsp
Green coriander ½ bunch
All spice powder 1 tsp
Fry onion 250 gram
Yogurt 250 gram
Oil ½ cup
Coal 1
Method
Add oil in a bowl then add fry onion, green chilies, salt, turmeric, coriander powder, carom powder, garlic, curry leaves and all spice powder mix it well with hand that onion got crushed. Now add fish mix well and leave for half an hour. Put 1 cup water in a pan. When it starts boiling then add fish and saute on high flame. When water gets dried then beat yogurt and add in it. Now add green coriander and let I simmer. At end give coal smoke.

Chana Methi

Ingredients

Chickpeas boil ½ kg
Fenugreek ½ kg
Tomatoes 375gm
Turmeric 1tsp
Salt 1tsp
Green chilies 6
Red chili powder 1tsp
Ginger garlic 2tbsp
All spice 1tsp
Oil ½ cup
Mango powder 1tbsp

Method
Heat oil fru ginger garlic .now add tomatoes, salt, turmeric, green chilies , red chili , all spice and mango powder , now add finely chopped fenugreek and roast it, when it start tender add boil chickpeas add simmer 10 min .lastly when oil comes top remove and serve.
