Tikka boti kabab:

Ingredients

Tikka boti 1packet
Boil lentil 2cups
Onion chopped 2
Coriander/ mint ½ cup
Green chilies 4
Red chili 2tsp
Salt 1tsp
All spice 1tsp
Ginger garlic 1tbsp
Eggs 2
Oil for frying

Method
In a chopper add lentil, tikka boti and grind well , now add all spices , eggs , green chilies , coriander and mint , now make kabab and fry .

Machli Shorba with rice:

Ingredients

Fish ½ kg
Red Chili Powder 1tsp
Garlic Paste 2 tsp
Carom Powder ½ tsp
Black Pepper (crushed) ½ tsp
Salt 1tsp
Ingredients for Gravy
Onions 2
Tomatoes 4
Turmeric 1 tsp
Red Chilies 2 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Coriander Powder 2 tsp
Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves as required
Green Chilies as required
Ginger Garlic 2 tsp
Oil ½ cup
Ingredients for rice
Boil rice 2cups
Turmeric ½ tsp
Red chili ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Coriander ½ bunch
Oil 4tbsp
Curry leaves 4


Method:
Marinate fish with red chili powder, garlic paste, carom powder, crushed red chili and salt and keep overnight. For gravy heat oil and fry onion then add red chili, salt, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin seed and garlic and cook well. Now add 2 cup water and tomatoes, cook well. When tomatoes get tender then add 2 cup water when it gets boil then add fish and cook for 5 mins. Then turn off flame and garnish with green chilies and coriander. For rice heat oil and add curry leaves , now add rice , turmeric, red chili powder , salt and simmer for 5 min , lastly sprinkle green chilies and coriander and serve.

Lauki ka raita:

Ingredients

Boiled bottle gourd 1 cup
Boiled potatoes 2
Yogurt 250 gram
Onion 1
Finely cut tomato 1
Green chilies 2
Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
Garlic 1 tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Green coriander 2 tbsp
Oil 3 tbsp
Method
Heat oil and fry garlic in it. When aroma comes out then add crushed red chilies, salt, cumin, onion, green chilies, finely cut boiled potatoes, boiled bottle gourd, finely cut tomatoes and green coriander then cook for 1 minute and turn off the flame. Now add chaat masala and whipped yogurt over it and mix well.
