South Korea's central bank governor Lee Ju-yeol has received an "A" grade from Global Finance magazine for a second year in a row.
On the magazine's Central Banker Report Cards,… A's were given to Lee and nine other central bank governors.
U.S. Fed Chairman Jerome Powell and ECB President Mario Draghi got "A-minuses."
Global Finance has published the Central Banker Report Cards every year since 1994.... grading 94 central bank governors from "A" to "F" based on factors like their ability to control inflation,.. their economic growth goals and their management of interest rates.
