Gyeongbokgung Palace''s throne hall opens to public for one month from Aug. 21

국보 '경복궁 근정전', 오는 21일부터 한 달간 내부 첫 개방

The main throne hall of Gyeongbokgung Palace will be open to public for the first time starting August 21st.
Geunjeongjeon was used for important royal ceremonies and the reception of foreign envoys during the Joseon Dynasty.
Listed as one of South Korea's national treasures... the interior of the hall will be open to the public from Wednesday through Saturday until September 21st.
Anyone over the age of thirteen can apply for the twice a day tour for free on the palace's website.
