Stabilizing foreign exchange market is important: BOK Governor

Amid fluctuating market reactions on China-U.S. and Korea-Japan trade rows... Bank of Korea Governor Lee Ju-yeol says stabilizing the foreign exchange market is highly important,... and that he will closely work with the government to do so.
Lee made the remarks earlier today... after the U.S. designated China a currency manipulator.
He said maintaining enough foreign reserves is one way to bring that stability.
Also today, a senior official at the Ministry of Economy and Finance also said the government will make timely response to market uncertainties.
