코스피 1,910대 후퇴…코스닥 3% 하락

Yesterday some were calling "Black Monday" on the South Korean stock market, and today the slide continued.
The benchmark KOSPI fell another 1-and-a half percent... to close at just over 19-17.
That's the lowest close since early 2016.
The secondary KOSDAQ market, which yesterday lost almost 7-and-a-half percent... was down another 3-point-2 percent... to 551 points.
That's it's lowest close since the very end of 2014.
The Korean currency held steady against the U.S. dollar, though, having plunged the previous day.
It's now at around 12-15 against the greenback.
