French 'flying man' succeeds in crossing English Channel with his own fly board

A French man has successfully crossed the English Channel...on his very own fly board.
Inventor Franky Zapata left Sangatte , France at 8:17 AM local time on Sunday.
Twenty-two minutes later, he safely landed in the southern English country of Kent, around 35 kilometers away.
Invented three years ago, the 26-kilogram board is "100 percent French," with a max speed of 2-hundred-two kilometers an hour.
It's powered by 5 small jet engines and carries kerosene in a backpack.
Zapata, a former world and European jet ski champion, says he has no plans to commercialize it yet.
