Ingredients:
For Dry Masala
2 Dried Red Chillies
5-6 Black Peppercorns
2-3 Cloves
½ tsp Coriander Seeds
½ tsp Cumin Seeds

For Masala Bhaat
2-3 tsp Oil
½ tsp Cumin Seeds
4-5 Black Peppercorns
1 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
10-15 Curry Leaves
2 Green Chillies (slit)
1 medium Onion (finely chopped)
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
¼ tsp Asafoetida
¼ tsp Garam Masala
1 tbsp Dry Coconut Powder
½ tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1 cup Green Peas
1 cup Carrot (chopped)
1 cup Tomato (chopped)
1 cup Rice (soaked)
1 cup Water

Method: Let’s start with making Dry Masala for which add Dried Red Chillies, Black Peppercorns, Cloves, Coriander Seeds, and Cumin Seeds into the grinder and grind it properly. Next let’s make Masala Bhaat for which, add Oil in the Cooker with Cumin Seeds, Black Peppercorns, Garlic (chopped), Curry Leaves, Green Chillies (slit), medium Onion (finely chopped). Next, cook it till Onion turn golden brown then add Dry Masala into the mix with Turmeric Powder, Asafoetida, Garam Masala, Dry Coconut Powder then mix it all together properly. Now add Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Green Peas, Carrot (chopped) and Tomato (chopped) now mix it again and then add Rice (soaked), Water mixes them and cooks it on the cooker for 2-3 whistles. After 3 whistles and 15 minutes of cooling down, now your Masala Bhaat is ready to serve.
