- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 7-8 Curry Leaves
- 1 Dry Red Chilli
- 2 tbsp Split Chickpeas (soaked for 60 minutes)
- 2 tbsp Orange Lentils (soaked for 60 minutes)
- 2 tbsp Split Black Gram Lentils (soaked for 60 minutes)
- ½ cup Water
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
- Salt
- 2 tbsp Tamarind Pulp
- 2 cups Cooked Basmati Rice
- 3 tbsp Groundnuts (soaked for 60 minutes)
