Trump says sanctions are hurting N. Korea badly

Meanwhile, U.S. President Donald Trump says, the U.S. hasn't taken sanctions off North Korea... and that sanctions are (quote)"hurting the regime badly."
In an interview with Fox and Friends on Friday, Trump was asked about the North's continued illegal ship-to-ship oil transfers.
He answered, every country tries to break sanctions... but that the sanctions on the regime are working.
Regarding recent reports on the North's possible purging of Hanoi summit-related officials, Trump said he knows they didn't kill the (quote)"top person" -- thought to be Kim Yong-chol -- but he is not sure about others.
Trump reiterated that he's in a good relationship with the North... and is in no rush.
