Sumac Chicken Vol Au Vent

- Fry ½ sliced onion in 3tbsp olive oil until golden.

- Set aside in bowl and sprinkle with 1tsp sumac, 1tsp ground cardamom and ½ tsp black pepper.

- Add 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken and mix.

- Fill pre-baked vol-au-vent shell with chicken mixture.

- Serve with dollop of yogurt.
