Pine Nut Praline Spread

- Toast 100gms pine nuts at 200°C for a 5-7 mins on a silicone mat.

- Heat 100gms sugar and 2tbsp water until caramelized.

- Carefully pour hot caramel over toasted pine nuts.

- Sprinkle with 1/2tsp sea salt while still warm.

- Let cool until completely solid, then break into pieces and blend into smooth paste.

- Enjoy on toast with drizzle of honey or date syrup.
