Biegun to visit S. Korea next week for denuclearization talks

U.S. Special Representative for North Korea, Stephen Biegun,... is set to visit South Korea for two days starting Thursday... for a bilateral working group meeting.
The U.S. State Department said the focus of the talks will be on the two allies' coordination... for the "final, fully verified denuclearization" of North Korea.
The State Department said... Biegun will conduct a two-day visit to Japan on Tuesday for the same purpose... prior to his arrival in South Korea.
The U.S. and Japan are also expected to discuss Prime Minister Shinzo Abe's plan... to hold a summit between Pyeongyang and Tokyo.
