The nation's main hub is expecting a record number of passengers over the first week of May.
That's because Koreans are looking to make full use of the extended public holidays.

Incheon International Airport says it expects the average number of passengers a day during the first week of May will hit around two-hundred-thousand,... the highest in 18 years.
The nation's largest airport made the assessment based on flight reservations.
The crowds are said to be because of the public holidays. Wednesday was Labor Day while Monday is a day-off thanks to Children's Day,... so many are said to be making the most of the holidays and heading abroad.
Children's Day actually falls on Sunday,... but thanks to local regulations,... when a holiday falls on weekends, the next day becomes a day-off.
China also celebrates its labor holiday from May first to fourth.
The Korea Tourism Organization projects that around sixty-five thousand Chinese visitors will come to Korea during that time,... an on-year increase of more than fifty percent.
Hotels in the country are backing up the forecast,... They say the number of Chinese nationals who booked rooms has jumped by as much as twenty percent, compared to the same period last year.
