The government has decided to invest thirty-five billion U.S. dollars over the next five years... to expand the current health insurance system.
The health ministry says it will work to raise what is known as disability-adjusted life years to 75 by 2023.
The disability-adjusted life year is a measure to show how many years people are expected to live healthy lives without disease, illness or disabilities.
The government will also look to expand the health insurance coverage rate to 70 percent.
