Good morning, it was a rainy Monday for the southern provinces, upper regions were covered by clouds so temperatures were on the cool side all day. Southern areas including Gwangju saw highs in the low teens but expect to see a big jump today... with highs returning to the low twenties in most areas.
Taking a closer look at today's temperatures, lows are kicking off a couple notches higher than Monday, hovering in the low teens. Chuncheon is breezier at 8 degrees Celsius.
Daily highs in most areas will be in the low twenties under fairly bright skies. Many of us tend to think warmer temperatures means dustier conditions, but that's not going to be the case, expect decent air all day.
We could see some sporadic rain across inland regions during the day, but that won't affect the readings much, but big temperature gaps will persist.
