Number of workers earning above minimum living wage increases in 2018: Data

The number of workers who earned more than what's considered the minimum living wage increased last year.
The latest Statistics Korea report shows, workers earning more than 2 million won a month,... or about eighteen-hundred U.S. dollars,... increased four percent from 2017.
Those earning below that threshold fell by four percent on-year.
Most workers aged below thirty were employed in restaurants and bars while many of those in their 30s and 40s held jobs in educational services.
Those aged fifty or above mostly worked at farms.
