North Korea's state media is reporting that Russia's interior minister recently visited North Korea.
Watchers say this signals North Korean leader Kim Jong-un might visit Russia for a summit with Russian President Vladimir Putin in the near future.
According to the Korean Central News Agency on Tuesday, Vladimir Kolokoltsev and other Russian officials arrived in Pyeongyang on Monday.
The report did not include details such as the purpose or duration of the visit.
Some say this is related to Kim Jong-un's possible visit to Russia within this month...because the North's protocol chief, recently traveled to the country.
