N. Korea rejects US$ 500 mil. lawsuit to compensate for death of Otto Warmbier

A U.S. District Court's 500-million-dollar lawsuit ordering the North Korean regime to pay compensation for the death of Otto Warmbier was sent back to the U.S. court earlier this month.
This means North Korea rejected the U.S. court ruling and returned the compensation judgment documents.
The U.S. District Court for Columbia sent the documents along with a Korean-language translation in January... and Pyeongyang immediately returned them.
The lawsuit was once again delivered to the North's foreign ministry in February and was returned that time too.
Otto Warmbier was arrested in Pyeongyang in January 2016 and was released in 2017 in a comatose state. He was later pronounced dead in the U.S.
