AAP announced a mega expose today to prove the complicity of Arun Jaitley in the DDCA Scam. But the presser came and went. And all AAP furbished were 3 reports on the scam, already in the public sphere. They failed to produce the promised independent probe that AAP made in the scam.

They flashed the DDCA Internal Report, a high court panel report and a report earlier filed by the SFIO. All accusing DDCA Officials of malpractices and financial irregularities. The BJP scoffs at what they call 'rehashed rumours'. At 3PM today Smriti Irani will lead the counter attack against the AAP and defend Jaitley's case point by point.

Reacting to the AAP allegations, senior BJP leader and BCCI general secretary Anurag Thakur said, 'Baseless allegations are being levelled against an honest man to protect a corrupt officer'.
