AAP demands resignation of Arun Jaitley, probe into DDCA scam

Launching fresh salvo at Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Thursday alleged that the raid of Central Bureau of Investigation allegedly at Delhi Secretariat was an attempt to cover corrupt activities done in DDCA during Arun Jatiley’s tenure.
Alleging financial irregularities in DDCA during Arun Jaitley’s regime as president of the association, AAP leader Raghav Chadha said, “Under Arun Jaitley’s tenure, a budget of Rs 24 crore was approved to construct DDCA stadium, whereas Rs 114 crore was spent. Where is rest of the Rs 90 crore? “”A loan of Rs 1 crore 55 lakh was granted to 3 companies by DDCA, while the reason behind this grant was not given,” he added.
