Delhi Gangrape Case:Faced with an outraged nation over the Delhi gangrape, the government is in damage control mode. After meeting top Delhi Police officials to discuss ways to prevent such crimes from occurring again, Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde announced 7 steps in Rajya Sabha including impounding all vehicles with tinted glasses and curtains. All commercial vehicles keeping their lights on at night and driver's number and license details being displayed on the bus itself.
