Over the last 5 days since the Delhi gang rape sent out shock waves, political parties and the Delhi Police are angrily calling for stringent measures for security of women in the capital. But questions arise over just how much of this they actually mean, given that there's been no punitive action against any top govt official. Despite the High Court's directives, no one is willing to accept any blame.
