Owner of the industrial unit has been arrested and Punjab government orders probe. At least two persons were killed while several others were fear trapped after a three-storey building of a factory collapsed in Focal Point area near here, police said today. The entire factory building collapsed at around midnight of Sunday, Bharti said, adding that the cause of the mishap is yet to be ascertained.
