Good afternoon, harmful toxic smog continues to engulf the nation, the capital area can breathe a little better today but the rest of the country, including eastern regions, continues to be trapped under ultra fine dust particles, overall air quality is forecast to improve by tomorrow. Jeju will have good air through all of today.
Temperature-wise, wide temperature gaps will continue as mild afternoon highs will follow the chilly morning for most areas again... top temperatures will hike to the teens here in Seoul again, check the dust levels before heading outside.
This afternoon, top temperatures will range between 10 and 15 degrees, expect to see more clouds as the day goes on.
Over in Hanoi, where the second North Korea-U.S summit will kick off tomorrow, expect occasional rain along with high humidity through Thursday.
