Good morning, a thick haze continues to engulf the nation, the capital area could breathe little better than last the 6 days today but the rest of the country, including eastern regions, continue to be trapped under ultra fine dust particles, overall air quality is forecast to improve by Wednesday.
Temperature-wise, wide temperature gaps will continue as a chilly morning and mild afternoon highs are on tap for most areas again... top temperatures will hike to the double digits here in Seoul again, check the dust levels before heading outside.
Morning lows in most areas are kicking off in negative territory at minus 1 degree in Seoul, Daegu and Gwangju. Jeju at 5 degrees with good air all day there today.
By the afternoon,... highs will range between 10 and 15 degrees, expect to see more clouds as the day goes on.
Over in Hanoi, where the second North Korea-U.S summit will kick off tomorrow , expect occasional rain along with high humidity.
