Ultra fine dust warning in place for some areas _ 011519

Good morning. It was unbelievably bad yesterday with a coat of thick gray smog ... unfortunately we are going to have a repeat of yesterday with the season's first ultra fine dust warning remaining in place many areas including Seoul. A ultra fine dust warning is issued when the level reaches over 5 times higher than normal levels...the highest since the observation started. The dust is expected to clear slightly in the afternoon
Temperatures will drop in the afternoon with winds blowing in, but we'll have to wait until Wednesday to see a big drop in temperatures... that will clear the dust... but we are looking at milder than average temperatures by the end of the week.
Expect more clouds than sun but morning lows in most parts are similar to yesterday, kicking off at minus 2 degrees in Seoul and Daejeon.
Daily highs will be a couple notches lower than yesterday, Seoul getting up to 2 degrees, Daegu and Gwangju getting up to 8 degrees Celsius.
