Working-level officials from North Korea-U.S. wrap up their 3rd day of talks quicker than before

The 2nd North Korea-U.S. summit is just four days away.
Preparations and working level talks between Pyeongyang and Washington have been underway over in Hanoi.
We connect to Lee Ji-won who is in Hanoi to bring us the latest.
Ji-won, I heard working-level talks ended in less than an hour today...which is a lot earlier than that of the previous days.
What does this mean? And what's the mood like over there in Hanoi?

Hye-sung, the negotiators resumed their talks again early this morning at 9 a.m., with North Korea's Special Representative for U.S. Affairs, Kim Hyok-chol, once again visiting Stephen Biegun at Hotel du Parc Hanoi.
Now, unlike the past two days, where their sitdowns lasted for hours,... this time the negotiators ended their talks after only about an hour.
And as Biegun left the hotel, he gave a "thumbs up" to the reporters,... prompting speculations that the negotiatons went well.
Now while those talks are ongoing, it is becoming increasingly likely that North Korean leader Kim Jong-un will be traveling to Vietnam by train.
The train station at Dang Dong in the Vietnamese border province of Lang Son, closed its gates for "repair works."
We are also hearing that the roads will be partially closed from 7 p.m. on the 25th to 2 p.m. on the 26th.
The North's protocol chief had also stopped by the station a few days ago.
So, many are speculating that Kim will be taking the train to Dang Dong station and then switch to a car to get to Hanoi.
The local media reports that Kim Jong-un will pay an official "friendly visit" to Vietnam in the coming days at the invitation of the Vietnamese President.

International Media Center held its opening ceremony today. Can you tell us more about the IMC?

Yes. I'm now standing at a courtyard in front of the International Media Center, that's been set up at the Vietnam-Soviet Friendship Cultural Palace.
Just an hour ago, they held the opening ceremony, and we were allowed to take a look around.
The press center will be home to some 26-hundred members of the international press currently registered,... and it's going to be kept open uptil March 1st.
The Korea Press Center will also be set up within the IMC from the 26th until March 1st.
That's all from me for now Hyesung.
