Good morning, this morning was slightly chillier than yesterday but we are expecting a rise in temperatures now, as we finally head towards spring... by Friday it could get as high as 9 degrees Celsius in the capital.
But brace yourself for dusty air, mild westerly winds will also bring ultra fine dust from outside of the country, boosting fine and ultra fine dust levels in most areas by the afternoon.
The air quality will worsen as the day goes on, be sure to wear a face mask on your way out. We are expecting nasty air tomorrow and Friday as well.
Cloudy weather will give way to sun by the mid afternoon with highs ranging from 5 to 11 degrees. Central areas and Jeolla-do Provinces could see snow flurries in the morning hours.
We are expecting spring-like conditions this weekend, highs will go above 10 degrees, but lows will remain on the chilly side so dress accordingly Skies will stay mostly sunny.
