S. Korea holding public 'torch relay' to commemorate 100th anniversary of establishment of provisional gov't

South Korea is inviting members of the public to participate in an 'independence torch relay',... to commemorate the March 1st Independence Movement and the 100th anniversary of the establishment of the nation's provisional government.
According to the Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs,.... the online application form will open on the ministry's official website and its Facebook page from today to February 10th for all citizens over 13 years old.
The torch relay will begin on the first day of March at the nation's capital Seoul,... and the torch will travel around the nation for 42 days.
A total of two-thousand-and-19 citizens will be selected to take part in the relay.
