Diamond Resorts Tournament of Champions to kick off 2019 LPGA tour season

The new LPGA Tour season kicks off this week with the inaugural Diamond Resorts Tournament of Champions in Florida.
The four-day competition, which starts Thursday, will only invite tour winners from the past two seasons.
As the LPGA hasn't had a tournament with a field limited to immediate past champions in over a decade,... spectators will be able to enjoy the best of the best female players competing for the one-point-two million U.S. dollar winner's check.
Among the 27 players who will tee off are six South Korean stars, including Kim Sei-young and Chun In-gee.
