UNICEF says it will need around 19-and-a-half million U.S. dollars this year to help North Korean children.
According to the UN agency, nine-point-eight million dollars is needed to support nutrition in the North,... and five-point-eight million dollars for water and sanitation.
Other funds are needed to support health care.
UNICEF says one in five North Korean infants suffer from malnutrition.
The amount of funding to support North Korean children, it says, has been falling since 2015.
