In fact, forest fires broke out yesterday afternoon in mountainous regions of Yangyang in Gangwon-do Province... bone dry conditions and strong winds are hampering efforts to control the spread of wildfires. Be extra careful with anything that could cause a spark.

Temperatures will be similar to yesterday, its less appealing to go out but at least there's clear skies and good air across the country, while Beijing and Tokyo will be under bright skies as well.
