S. Korea and China to meet next month on fine dust pollution

South Korea and China will hold meetings next month about environmental issues, in particular the fine dust pollution that affects both countries.
The Ministry of Environment in Seoul says the 23rd Korea-China Joint Committee on Environmental Cooperation... and the Environmental Cooperation Center committee... will meet in Seoul next month.
South Korea has frequently issued fine dust alerts over the past few months, mainly due to the influence of yellow dust and smog coming in from China.
Air pollution has become a huge issue for South Koreans,... who say what they want most is to live in a country without fine dust in the air.
South Korea's Minister of Environment, Cho Myung-rae, has mentioned that starting next year the two sides will focus on cooperative projects that can lead to tangible results.
