Seoul, central region hit by mid-December snow

Let's start with the weather...
It can't make its mind up yet,... but we've been seeing some relatively heavy snow over the past hour or so in Seoul.
The capital and its surrounding area has been seeing on-and-off snowfall since the break of dawn.
South Korea's weather agency says clouds created by warm air off the west coast, which were expected to dump a lot more snow on the central regions, did not grow as big as forecast.
As a result, the heavy snow advisories issued for some parts of Gyeonggi-do Province and Gangwon-do Province have been removed.
We'll have a more in-depth look at the wetaher forecast from our Lee Jee-hyun in around 20 minutes.
