Yes Devin, snow will begin to fall from the west in the early morning and will gradually expand throughout the country. Chungcheongbuk-do and southern Gyeonggi-do and Gangwon-do provinces will be getting a substantial mount -- between 2 and 5 centimeters -- while the capital and the rest of the southern regions colored in here... will receive up to 3 centimeters. The roads will be icy and slick during the morning commute.
In the daytime the temperature is going to be as low as today, but it'll feel colder due to the windchill. Beijing will be sunny and Tokyo will be somewhat cloudy.
Morning temperatures will be freezing cold across most of the nation. Seoul starting at minus 5 degrees Celsius, Chuncheon at minus 8, while down south in Busan it'll begin at minus 1 degree.
The capital will get some relief from the dryness with the snow tomorrow. Seoul only making it up to 2 degrees, while Daegu and Gyeongju peak at 7.
Shivering cold weather will continue until Saturday,... and start to recover on Sunday,... but with more precipitation.
