PM Lee says next year's economic outlook cannot be seen as optimistic

Officials from the presidential office and the government along with ruling party lawmakers met this morning.... to discuss how to implement the 4-hundred-18 billion U.S. dollar budget for next year.
Prime Minister Lee Nak-yon and the newly appointed deputy prime minister Hong Nam-ki attended the meeting as well.
And there, Lee said,... we can't be optimistic about next year's economic outlook and called on lawmakers and officials to cooperate on the budget plan to boost the economy and create more jobs.
He also said.... 70 percent of the proposed budget should be implemented in the first half of the coming year.... to prevent further economic slowdown.
