Two Koreas to discuss joint efforts to combat infectious diseases

This week, South and North Korea will discuss cooperation in the field of health.
Seoul's Unification Ministry announced on Monday, that officials will meet on Wednesday at the joint liaison office in Gaeseong to exchange information on influenza for the winter season, as well as joint efforts for next year to combat infectious diseases.
The talks follow the first inter-Korean meeting on health and medical care in 11 years,... which took place on November 7th.
The ministry says the two Koreas will also meet at the liaison office on Friday to talk about about working together in sports.
There, they'll focus on sending unified teams to the 2020 Tokyo Olympics and possibly co-hosting the Summer Olympics in 2032.
