The Seoul Central District Court will hold separate hearings Thursday on South Korea's two former Supreme Court Justices over allegations of power abuse under the previous court leadership.
The prosecution has filed arrest warrants for former chief justices Ko Young-han and Park Byong-dae,... who are suspected of interfering in politically sensitive trials including the compensation suit of Korean forced labor victims against Japanese companies.
The court's verdict will be handed down as early as today.
