Two Koreas to complete demolition of 10 guard posts each by Friday; inspection to follow

South Korea's defense ministry says the two Koreas are scheduled to complete the demolition of ten guard posts each in the DMZ by the end of the day.
Work to tear down the posts has taken place since early this month as part of an inter-Korean military agreement from the September summit.
The two sides will conduct a thorough inspection process on the removal by the end of December.
The removal of landmines at Arrowhead Hill in the DMZ... will also be completed by the end of the day.
This is part of efforts to faciliate the first-ever joint war remains recovery project between the two Koreas,... starting next April.
