Good afternoon, the air quality is forecast to improve in the afternoon and there's been a big drop in temperatures for the central region. Daily highs will be nearly 5 degrees lower than yesterday in Seoul. Friday is forecast to be even colder but the cold snap will ease in time for the weekend.
Gangwon-do Province is under a dry weather advisory. Korea's weather agency issues a dry weather advisory when effective humidity drops below 35 percent for two days in a row... air over the rest of country is also getting drier.
Mostly sunny skies will be featured in Korea while readings will be on the chilly side even in the afternoon for upper regions...
Seoul and Chuncheon only rising to 6 and 7 degrees... Busan and Jeju are still enjoying mild highs.
