Yellow dust from China to bring dustier conditions _ 112718

Good morning, it's forecast to be another dusty day for many regions, including Seoul, with an ultra fine dust advisory in place for parts of Chungcheong and Jeollabuk-do Provinces. And as Hyosun mentioned in her report...yellow dust from China will blow in...leading to even dustier conditions.
However, not much to complain about temperature-wise. Morning lows are kicking off a lot higher than yesterday, highs will rise to the double digits in the afternoon. Chillier winds tomorrow will ease the dustiness in the air. And temperatures will go down to what we would normally have around this time of the year by the end the week.
For a closer look at today's temperatures...Gyeongju and Chuncheon are waking up to subzero morning temperatures... Daegu at 1 degree.
It will be cloudy with highs ranging slightly higher than yesterday in many parts... Busan and Jeju will enjoy a high of 18 degrees with decent air. Winter might have already arrived in Chuncheon with a high of just 8 degrees.
