Fire at KT Corp. building causes network blackout in central Seoul

Certain fixed-line services in parts of central Seoul have been paralyzed after a fire at a building belonging to South Korea's second biggest mobile carrier.
Authorities say the KT Corporation building in Seoul's Ahyeon district caught fire at 11:20AM, Korea time.
No casualties have been reported, but KT says the blaze caused KT's mobile and Internet networks to go down in central Seoul.
KT says it could take at least a week to fully normalize the system.
