Good morning, we had a very cold start to the day, it was the coldest day of the season so far ... but daily highs will rise rapidly along with mostly sunny skies with highs going as high as yesterday..
Despite much colder temperatures,... some of central parts of the country including the Chungcheong-do, Jeolla-do and Gyeongsang-do Provinces will be blanketed with dust. Seoul will have clean air today, but unfortunately a dusty day is in store for tomorrow.
Meanwhile, Beijing and Tokyo will have daily highs similar to Seoul under a fair amount of sunshine.
For a closer look at highs in Korea, Seoul will get up to 12 degrees... Daegu and Gwangju will rise to 14 degrees.
Brace yourself for Wednesday's light mix of rain and possibly snow. It will bring down the temperatures even further...beginning the day at minus 2 degrees Celsius on Thursday, and minus 3 on Friday.
