Korea's National Security Council discusses possible diplomatic fallout of U.S. midterm election

The presidential office held a meeting this morning reviewing the outcome of the U.S. midterm elections on November 6th.
Chairing a National Security Council meeting,… security adviser Chung Eui-yong discussed the possible fallout from the midterm elections.
The presidential office says.... that the Democrat-controlled House had expressed its willingness to continue supporting the Moon administrations' push for peace on the Korean Peninsula,… with the basis of a close alliance between Seoul and Washington.
The NSC members also talked about working to continue the momentum of North Korea-U.S. dialogue.
