Generals from two Koreas to discuss implementation of military agreement

The two Koreas are set to hold their tenth round of general-level military talks at the border village of Panmunjeon,... to discuss the composition and management of an inter-Korean Joint Military Committee.
The meeting is due to start at 10AM, Korea time, on the northern side of the border.
The two Koreas are each taking five-member delegations, led by South Korean Major General Kim Do-gyun and North Korean Lieutenant General Ahn Ik-san ,.. both of whom are considered the same rank.
The formation of an inter-Korean Joint Military Committee comes amid their agreement to implement the Comprehensive Military Agreement, or CMA,... adopted alongside the Pyeongyang Joint Declaration on September 19th.
The agreement states that the two Koreas agreed to operate a joint military committee to consult on "matter including large-scale military exercises and military buildup aimed at each other."
