The two Koreas held their fifth round of high-level talks of the year today at the truce village of Panmunjeom, and they've issued their joint press statement just now.
For the details of that, let's connect live to our unification ministry correspondent Oh Jung-hee, who's standing by at the Office for Inter-Korean Dialogue.
Jung-hee, what's in the statement?

Devin, a slew of action plans for South and North Korea once again... and a number of dates set for various inter-Korean talks.
Let me just walk you through it.
First of all, the ground-breaking ceremony that marks the start of construction work to connect railways and roads between the two Koreas... is happening for real.
Seoul and Pyeongyang signed off on holding the ceremony in late November or early December.
That means, they're going to start the construction.
They will be conducting joint inspections on the western railroads starting later this month, and the eastern railroads, early next month.
They will be exchanging documents to coordinate on road inspections as well.

And a series of inter-Korean talks will take place later this month at the Gaeseong joint liaison office -- on forestry cooperation, medical care and sports exchanges.
Those will cover controlling diseases and pests, modernizing tree nurseries, preventing epidemics,... and forming joint teams for the 2020 Summer Olympics,... while launching a joint bid to host the 2032 Summer Olympics.
Seoul and Pyeongyang will also be holding Red Cross Talks next month at North Korea's Mount Geumgang... to discuss opening a permanent facility for war-torn families to meet... as well as enabling video meetings and video messages.
Generals from the two sides will also be holding talks as soon as possible to discuss running a joint inter-Korean military committee that works to cease hostilities at the demilitarized zone.
Meanwhile, Seoul and Pyeongyang will continue communicating to fine-tune the details for a North Korean art troupe's concert in Seoul this month -- something that was fixed for sure through the summit agreement last month.

That's all I have for now, but the Unification Minister is briefing reporters on the details of the press statement today, so I'll have more updates for our later newscasts.
Devin.
