Ryu Hyun-jin becomes first Korean pitcher to start World Series against Boston Red Sox

The eyes of millions of baseball fans in South Korea are glued to the nation's sports channels this morning as the LA Dodgers' South Korean pitcher Ryu Hyun-jin has started his first World Series game against the Boston Red Sox.
It would be pressure enough, but the Dodgers opening game loss to the Red Sox eight-to-four means his team is relying on him to put in a stellar performance at Boston's Fenway Park to level up the series at one apiece.
The historic day for Ryu as the first South Korean pitcher to ever start at a World Series is currently underway.
