Civic group to launch SNS awareness campaign on Korea's Dokdo Island on 'Dokdo Day'

Today, October twenty-fifth, is 'Dokdo Day' in South Korea,... where the country celebrates King Gojong's ( 's) decree 118 years ago,... that Dokdo is part of Ulleung-do Island.
To mark the day,... the Voluntary Agency Network of Korea plans to use social networking sites to raise international awareness about Korea's easternmost islets.
According to the group,... 80 photos of Dokdo will be shared around the world.
Events are scheduled throughout the day,... including the Korea International Dokdo Music Festival in Seoul's Gwanghwamun Square.
